Committed to the development of the business environment in Romania and the promotion of solutions to increase the country’s economic competitiveness in the region and at European level, REMEDIA joins AmCham in 2023 to actively participate in implementing best business practices.

REMEDIA Group takes 50% of the share capital of PHARMA EXPERTSPEDITION SRL in order to develop and strengthen the distribution and logistics activity. 

In partnership with BD Rowa, opens a new business line in the direction of digitalization, by promoting and selling robots for the automation of pharmacies, warehouses and hospitals.

Committed to increase the accessibility and range of products and services provided, Farmaceutica REMEDIA continued its expansion, counting 90 units by the end of the year, including REMEDIA Baby – children exclusively dedicated store. The constant adaptation to consumer demands led to the establishment of a special REMEDIA NATURAL aisle within each pharmacy.

REMEDIA Pharmacies chain expands all over the country to 70 units and a company planned turnover that exceeds 53 mil. euro, EBITDA over than 1,8 million Eur. REMEDIA Pharmacies diversified its services, including home care assistance through  specialized companies.

 REMEDIA Pharmacies network expands all over the country to 63 units. The company consolidates its structure through 3 specialized divisions: REMEDIA Pharmacies, the DISTRIBUTION Division and the HOSPITAL Division; National logistics services; Integrated marketing and promotion services; Regulatory Affairs and clinical trials monitoring for the pharmaceutical market.

Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. is promoted and listed on Bucharest Stock Exchange 2nd category and Mr. Lutz STACHE, representative of AHG Vermogensverwaltungs, acquires 16,5% from the shares of the company.

Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. merges with V.TARUS RoAgencies S.R.L. by absorption of the main shareholder.

V.TARUS RoAgencies S.R.L. acquires the main shares package of Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A., regional distributor with its own chain of pharmacies in Hunedoara and Alba counties.

Valentin Norbert TARUS founded V.TARUS RoAgencies SRL, for developing and strengthening strategic partnerships and representation relationships with famous international pharmaceutical companies.

Oficiul Farmaceutic Regional Deva, opened in 1957, becomes Farmaceutica REMEDIA S.A. and operates as regional distributor with its own chain of 27 pharmacies in Hunedoara and Alba counties.
